LUXURY LISTING VIDEO SPECIFICATIONS:
Your home will be shot as-is. Videos include a maximum of 40 video clips shot of the main areas of your home within two hours. Each video clip is a maximum of 3 to 5 seconds per clip and will be edited into a final unbranded video with a maximum length of 120 seconds. Please keep in mind that certain areas of your home will not be shot due to the limited time constraints of the video. All homes will be shot at our discretion and all videos will be edited at our discretion. The video includes the property address at the beginning of the video and background music. Videos do NOT include any complimentary revisions. Any revisions or changes to the video after it has been delivered will incur additional editing fees. Videos are delivered as an MP4 file.
