The Quick Shot is a fast-paced photo session that provides clients with the opportunity to receive professional high-resolution images of their homes at a discounted rate. Homes are shot as-is real estate style in the most efficient manner with compositions chosen solely at our discretion. At Pro Property Shots, we take pride in our real estate photos and the value they add to your home. Our PRO photo packages are shot real estate style and are offered exclusively for single-family homes. All homes are shot as-is and include a maximum number of images shot within your allotted appointment time. Contact us for details.

SPECIALTY PHOTO PACKAGES

Our specialty photo packages are available for residential properties only. Homes are shot as-is real estate style in the most efficient manner, except for our Editorial Photo Sessions. Our Editorial Photo Sessions are tailored for clients that wish to capture particular “moments” within their home. Editorial sessions are available for any size single family home. Editorial packages are shot as-is real estate style but includes the option of capturing detailed compositions and specific scenes during the appointment. These vignettes are quite similar to the style of photos you would see in an editorial layout. PACKAGE UPGRADES AND ADD-ONS

Our package upgrades and add-ons are available with the purchase of any residential photo or video package. Most upgrades and add-ons, including our Pro Marketing Kit, are available a la carte for an additional fee. Our PRO Marketing Kit includes a mobile-responsive website with various templates for you to choose from. The website also features visitor statistics, a custom domain name and hosting for one year. The marketing kit also includes multiple color flyer templates for you to print and use. The kit also provides you with social media graphics and social media videos perfect for Instagram and Facebook. Please allow one to three business days for the delivery of your upgrades and add-ons.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All of our residential photo packages listed above are shot “Real Estate” style in the most efficient manner. They are NOT architectural or editorial photo sessions. If you need an editorial photo session with detailed shots to capture particular “moments” in your home, you will need to purchase the Editorial photo package or contact us for a quote.

Our residential photo packages are offered exclusively for single family homes and all homes are shot as-is. For commercial properties, which includes multi-unit condo or apartment buildings, please contact us for a quote.

Photos are delivered next business day by midnight. In rare instances, it may take up to two business days based upon our workload. All photo packages include interior and exterior photos (unless otherwise noted), Deluxe Image Editing, one set of high-resolution photos, and one set of MLS-optimized photos.
